Respected Sir/Madam,
I wish this mail could have been an appreciation
mail but unfortunately its a complaint regarding a
brand new bike with which im totally unsatisfied and
pissed. Sir/Madam , Please excuse my language im not
at all in a good mood due to the bikes problem. I
Totally regret for buying a Bajaj Pulsar instead of a
Hero Honda Karizma. I bought it since all my friends
have it and the main reason for the purchase is that I
want to form a bikers club in which I had planned to
have long trips and documentaries posted on the
internet about the experience we had during out travel
in our bikes Since Bajaj engines are very consistant
and efficient, which looks like a bad idea for me now.
———-The problem is that the bikes Powerful
Engine makes pethetic noise from the day i purchased
it from the showroom…..when i asked Popular Bajaj (
Bangalore ) regarding this Engine noise, they said it
is normal in 180cc but my friends circle has all
180cc’s only , i have not heard this sound in any of
those bikes and I left the bike in the service center
after completing 300kms apprx which is not the actual
reading for a first service because i was not able to
tolerate the noise from the engine and excessive heat
from the engine with burnt smell.
——— Now another problem is that ( Sorry to say ,
I do not want to hurt anyones ego but is the fact
)Popular bajaj has the highest number of people from
kerala, now the service engineers were not able to
communicate with me in proper english nor hindi which
is very sad. I told them that the engine
is rough and is making heavy noise, for that they have
done 1st service changed the oil washed the bike and
gave it to me and i still heard the noise. I just took
my bike from there thinking its a waste, wasting time
with those so called service engineers.
——— I rode the bike to my native in the speed of
40kms per hour to set the engine with atleast one stop
every 20kms. In Erode, Tamil Nadu i wanted to check
the bike for this noise, they said it is CLUTCH
LOADING NOISE and they rectified it, the bike was
little smooth after the SIXER LOADING ADJUSTMENT. But
the screeching noise was not controlled.
——— I came back to bangalore with the same
speed, I was satisfied with the mileage but the same
trouble started with more noises…….
I consulted my private mechanic who is a professional
dirt track racer and an expert about this ….he
checked and told me that he has not heard so many
noises at one time in any of the pulsar’s( which is a
record breaking feedback and a positive feedback too,
but not for my bike )…..He claimed that the sounds
are not from the Bore ( Combustion chamber ) but from
the CLUTCH assembly which makes the bike rough, the
TAPPET NOICE , ENGINE CHAIN , CAMS…AND HE SAID THAT
CLEARANCE SOUND IS ALSO HEARD.
———————–Sir/Madam , you are the only
point of contact who can help me with this issue. If
you dont have a suggestion for this then i dont know
what to do to my bike. I dont want to talk bad about
Bajaj bikes but after this will have to. Please help
me with this problem.
————— I have a lot of expectations from this

perfect warranty,,,,plz get back to me with any
qualified and experienced service engineer who can
understand the engines heart beat as i do.
—————After i get a response from someone
willing to solve the problem i will show this email
print to the service center’s manager incharge.

any worn out part and set my bike right…..

We regret to say that such a reputed Company HONDA their appointed dealers are not co-operating with us properly and all excuses are given no assurance from their side. We requested that all formalities from Insurance Co. are completed and clearance given by surveyor on 29-11-2007. than why ? delay in changing the spare parts more than a TWO weeks are passed.
After all this your authorized dealers Mr. Pratik the owner couldn’t come to speak with us and he informed his Technician person on phone that if they are in a hurry let them take back half prepared bike. If technical people handle customers it will TOPSY-TURVY and non of any customers will be happy. We asked them to give us customer care email address of Gurgaon Factory, he proudly admitted that such emails and complaints are in papers only no solution
It was informed that their is an shortage in supply of spare parts from gurgaon HONDA company come think it is possible and how i can claim my insurance. But why they don’t keep stocks and how much time bond required if the material comes from Gurgaon max. one week a sufficient time.
Regret to say How HONDA is appointing such a dealers pl. think.
We look forward for your immediate action on the above matter please ACT and help your valued customers who love HONDA.

This is really mess! How could bike not have a kick start option. Bajaj guys should seriously think about this. I wanted to purchase pulsar 200cc but got myself 150cc at the last moment. At least I can start it with kick if something goes wrong with self start. and let me tell you guys that this self start problem is with 150cc bikes as well. Especially in winter.

No Co is born reputed.HH may be reputed co sometime in history, but bajaj is a reputed co in present and it will be in future.It has proved by its increase in sale margin.It is the only Indian co which exports two wheelers.

cbz extreme sucks….it is n match to pulsar 150 dtsi…..
pulsar has got a digital console,self cancelling indicators new features which xtreme has not got…also milleage of pulsar is far better than xtreme…xtreme is very sensitive,if ti falls once everything will break and u have to get dat changed also weight of xtreme(143 kgs) is more than pulsar(136 kgs)..
i recomend a pulsar for every 1

if u think that pulsar 150 is better than cbz xtreme… Pulsar has no class…… neither it is stable at high speeds nor it has the pick up and stability of cbz xtreme… And wht r u talking of falling down from the bike and pieces of the bike breaking …. u r a novice in bike riding,,,, experts don’t fall from bikes,,, they make others on PuLSARs fall…. Pulsar has only got looks nothing else… no power… its the shittest bike made by the company only expert in making autorickshaws……….. all the technology is stolen from kawasaki with whome they had a tieup…… So go n lick ur pulsar don’t dare come near a cbz xtreme…..
