Sony Erricsson J12oi

I lost my Sony Erricsson J12oi (Night Black) cell on 18/03/2008 at Rajiv Nagar, Main Kanjhawala Road, Near Rohini Sec-22, Delhi 110086. My IMEI # 35912201-967328-3 and Barcode # 7311270122327. I have complaint to the police station to help me out they say that its not possible to retrive the cell.
I want to block of my cell detail as above so that the person who has stolen should not use that.
I request you to kindly block the cell or tell me how to do that.
