brand new Pulsar engine failed

I read in mouth shut that a brand new Pulsar engine failed !! It’s spark plug flew off from the engine ? Have you heard of such thing on a Honda bike ?
Honda are World No.1 Bajaj is not even India No.1 Think of it !!!
